Liftology Ep 21 And An Exciting Announcement: Requesting Video Responses in Your LIFTS (Learning Interventions Fueling Transformation) to Ensure Learning from Your Training Sticks in the Weeks & Months After an Initial Synchronous Learning Event

When asking learners to reflect on what learning they have retained from a training, how they are applying their newly developing skills and how doing so is impacting their performance, it can be effective to request the responses in an array of different formats.

This week, we explore the benefits of asking your learners to respond via video to your requests that they reactivate their learning through reflection.

AND...This week, the elevator9 team spent two days together in-person at our Brooklyn HQ in Dumbo. We were joined by Board Advisor for Talent Management, Chad Truby and our newly appointed Chief Operating Officer, Page Chen!

We couldn't be more excited about adding Page to our growing team at Elevator9! Dr. Page Chen is a versatile leader with 20+ years of experience designing solutions that drive growth and development in distributed and global organizations. Page has led innovation and operations for multiple SAS learning software companies and serves on the board for a variety of other organizations looking to unlock the potential of technology to improve lives through learning.

As always, we partnered with our awesome board advisor, Clark Quinn who helped us develop LIFTOLOGY based on his work as a cognitive and learning sciences expert, so we can help you do what you do even better.

Ready to get new ideas about how to leverage the Science of Learning to increase the impact and return on investment in your trainings?
