Liftology Ep 20: Reinforcing Learning by Providing Opportunities to Reflect on Impact

In the last episode of Liftology, we continued to discuss the role of Reflection as a powerful component of learning. We talked about how we can help learning stick after an initial learning event by providing a way for learners to reflect on their key takeaways and how they are applying their newly developing skills.

This week, we explore the importance of asking learners to reflect on how they are experiencing the Impact of applying the new skills they are learning.
